as we look ahead, mostly sunny skies, a nice day, right around average, 84 degrees. tomorrow the weather is not horrible, but we have a couple of issues in the seven-day forecast, tam. >> thank you, karen. new this morning, philadelphia officers are questioning a driver involved in a crash with a police cruiser. the action cam was there before 1:00 a.m. as the patrols rounded the 3700 of stanton street in east falls. the officer rear ended this red pick up truck that was going the wrong way down a wrong way street. no injuries were reported. two people are in custody following a shooting at an apartment complex in south jersey. chopper 6 over westville late last night. a gunman shot a man at the west wood manner complex and took off. after a brief pursuit police caught up with the suspect and

made an arrest. chopper 6 was over the scene around 7:00 p.m. on the 4,000 block of bristol pike. the victim was taken to toss daily hospital with -- torresdale hospital with critical injuries. frank shaffer will appear before a church panel in baltimore to argue that his punishment was illegal under church law. he was defrocked 6 months. -- 6 months ago. presbyterian church allowed pastors to mar same-sex couples in states where it is legal. the change will need to be approved by the majority of 172

presbyterians to take effect. philadelphia city council has approved the bill that changed the punishment of small amounts of marijuana. before it was a night in jail, today it is a 25-dollar fine. enforcement of the current law is discriminatory those arrested 82% of them are of african-american. >> once you have a record you can't get a job. councilman dennis o'brian voted against the bill saying council overstepped its bounds saying it should be done by state lawmakers. with a vote of 13-3 it is veto
